I was torn between continuing with the old plan versus new, but being that I was sold on the reasons why the new plan was implemented, I decided to switch to the new… mid week.
What was I thinking!
Overall, I consider myself pathetic. I pumped out the 4 sets all right, but whereas in the end I was supposed to do at least 17, I did only 11.5. Sad.
I’m optimistic for Day 3 though. 120 seconds rest should be more than sufficient to get them done!
