100 Push Ups: Week 2 Day 3

16-17-14-14 max: 20

SUCCESS! (finally)

Set 1: Easy, could have done at least 18-20
Set 2: Pretty good. I could have pumped out 20 for sure.
Set 3: Not tired yet. I could have done at least 17+
Set 4: Ditto.
Set 5: I was a bit wobbly with 20; not sure if 21 was possible, but it might have. I’m still psyched about being able to do 20 though!

I wonder if it has anything to do with the very generous, terrific-feeling 120 second rest?
