100 Push Ups: Week 2 Day 1

I couldn’t help but be disappointed at my piddly little 13 at the end, since my triceps served me an explosive session last time, but then I remembered that today I had 60 seconds between sets, versus 120 seconds. So all is well!

I kept the cat “busy” so she didn’t bug. It’s amazing how much I can get accomplished fitness-wise when she is “pre-occupied.”
