  1. Quit Smoking – 2004
  2. Gave up soda – 2005
  3. Stopped adding salt to food – 2007
  4. Became a vegetarian – 5 months
  5. Exercise everyday – today will be Day 65
  6. Quit coffee – Three months
  7. Brush teeth for at least two minutes at a time and floss – 1 month
  8. Eat a well-balanced diet. I log what I eat in SparkPeople’s nutrition tracker to make sure I’m eating properly – 1 month
  9. Drink a minimum of 8 cups of water a day – 1 month
  10. Daily meditation – 2 weeks
