100 Push Ups: Week 1 Day 3

15-13-10-10 max: 18

I have to admit, my arms and chest were still sore after doing Day 2 the other day but WOW ā€“ I was surprised at how easy it was today, I felt like a champ! (Of course this was easier partly also because my cat was too busy sleeping instead of getting pets from me at that exact moment) And I love how my arms look after the workout. Yeah!

The max I was able to was 18, but I probably could have squeezed out 19 or 20. What can I say, the devil on my shoulder could sell ice to an eskimo.
