Exercise Every Day: Days 56-59

Today I completed my 59th straight day of working out, which means tomorrow I get to celebrate my big 60!

By working out every day I have lost ten pounds and a gained bucketload of confidence. I have no idea how much longer I’m going to keep this up, but instead of looking at forever (intimidating!), I’m just going to focus on one day at a time.

I’m also on SparksPeople now, which is a great motivator to help me workout everyday. (Tell them kittyroxx referred you if you sign up!)
