Then, I walked the neighbor’s dog for an additional 3.45 miles.
Total: 9.45 miles. OMG. I’m exhausted. I think I over did it but I was concentrating on burning of the two servings of mac n cheese from earlier.

I’m not sure if I can squeeze in Curves if I continue to walk the dog as an addition to my workout. I want to work out every day but not every minute of the day.
