Be Healthier: Goals

Completed/In Progress:

  1. Quit Smoking – 2004
  2. Gave up soda – 2005
  3. Became a vegetarian – Three months
  4. Weekly facials – Couple months
  5. Exercise everyday – On Day 35
  6. Kicked coffee habit – One month+
  7. Deep condition hair weekly – One month+

Goals:

  1. Meditate at least every other day
  2. Sleep through the night (daily exercise is helping)
